    The 2018 LETR International Conference will be held at Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada
    November 8 - 10, 2018.

    The online Conference Registration system opened on
    Monday, April 30, 2018.

    All conference registrations and hotel reservations
    must be made through your LETR Program Liaison using this online registration system. Individual attendees may not register themselves. We encourage Liaisons to register conference attendees and book hotel reservations as soon as possible to take advantage of the Early Bird savings

    Early Bird registration closes on Friday, June 29, 2018

    The conference registration site closes on
    Friday, September 28, 2018 at 5:00pm EDT. After this time the conference rate may not apply, hotel rooms may not be available, and registrants may not be included in the 2018 LETR International Conference Directory

    Early Bird Registration Rates

    Conference Attendee: $400 (USD)
    Conference Guest (Auction / Hall of Fame Banquet only): $125 (USD)

    Regular Registration Rates

    After 5:00pm (EDT) Friday, June 29, 2018 to Friday, September 28, 2018 5:00pm (EDT)

    Conference Attendee: $450 (USD)

    Conference Guest (Auction / Hall of Fame Banquet only): $135 (USD)

    The conference and housing registration process has been custom-made to meet the needs of the LETR Program Liaisons responsible for registering conference attendees.

    CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS / WIRE INSTRUCTIONS / CHECK PAYMENT

    All payments made to the hotel by credit card, check or wire transfer must be received by and made payable to Bally's Las Vegas no later than Tuesday, October 2, 2018 5:00pm PDT.

    Complete instructions for credit card, wire transfers and check payments can be found by clicking on the corresponding payment method button below.

    Please note: Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino does not allow direct billing but will work with any program unable to submit payment by any of the other means available.

    Standard vendor display booths are 8' wide by 8' deep with 8' tall black draped backs and 3' tall draped sides. Each booth will have, provided by the hotel venue: one (1) - 6' black skirted table and black cloth table top with two (2) padded chairs and one (1) waste basket.
